Living room and equipped kitchen: induction hob, pots, pans, crockery, glasses, basic seasonings, rice cooker, microwave, fridge and kettle. Portable karaoke speaker, bicycles, complimentary bedroom water, tea, coffee, BBQ grill and Wi-Fi.

Occupancy and charges

Standard: 16 adults; children under 6 free; maximum 24 people. The published policy does not support refunds/cancellation. From the 17th guest, guests aged 11 or over incur 250,000 VND/person/night; children aged 6–11 incur 100,000 VND/child/night. Confirm overlapping age boundaries with the operator.

Early check-in, subject to availability: 500,000 VND/hour. Late checkout, subject to availability: 500,000 VND/hour before 15:00; 50% of the room rate from 15:00–18:00; a full night after 18:00.

House rules and additional services

Guests may cook but must clean the kitchen and dining area. Otherwise cleanup costs 500,000–1,000,000 VND; BBQ-grill cleaning is 200,000 VND. Parties may incur 1,000,000–3,000,000 VND depending on arrangements. Laundry, minibar, charcoal, delivery and washing dishes/grill are excluded from the room rate. Seafood, speciality meals and BBQ catering can be arranged separately.

Illegal drugs, prohibited goods, gambling and other unlawful activities are prohibited. Do not use white towels or linens to clean food, shoes or waste; damage or soiling is charged at replacement value. Do not rearrange furnishings or move items between villas without permission; lost or damaged items must be compensated.
