Occupancy and timing

Standard: 12 adults and 6 children under 12; children under 6 free. Extra guests: 200,000 VND/adult/day and 150,000 VND/child aged 6–12, with age 12 also described as adult. Confirm the boundary. Maximum 18 adults and 22 guests in total including children. Check-in 14:00; checkout 12:00. Extra time: 500,000 VND/hour.

Deposit and rules

Booking deposit: 50% of room charges. Pay the remainder on arrival plus a 3,000,000–5,000,000 VND security deposit, refundable after checkout if furnishings are unchanged/undamaged. Damage is deducted, and any excess charged separately.

Keep spaces clean and do not rearrange furnishings. Supervise children at the pool; do not climb across balconies. Failure to follow rules can result in refusal of accommodation. Clean the kitchen after use or request after-hours cleaning for 500,000–1,000,000 VND per occasion depending on work. No pets, illegal substances or unlawful activities. Children must not draw on or soil furniture, walls, sofa cushions or bedding; damage is charged at asset value.
