Occupancy and inclusions

Standard: 14 adults and 7 children under 12. Extra guests: 200,000 VND/person/day. Maximum 20 adults and no more than 24 guests including children. Pool use, BBQ grill, portable speaker, seasonal fruit, tea/coffee/water and one picnic-photo set are included. A birthday cake is offered when a guest's birthday matches the booked date, with identity-document evidence; confirm arrangements.

Deposit and house rules

Booking deposit: 50% of room charges. A 5,000,000 VND security deposit is requested on arrival and returned after checkout if furnishings are undamaged and unchanged. Damage is deducted, with any excess charged separately. Keep shared spaces clean and do not rearrange furnishings.
