Checked on 24 October 2026, the Sữa chua Trân châu Hạ Long brand website still describes cool, mildly tangy yogurt with warm coconut-scented pearls. AEON MALL Hạ Long's guide dated 15 July 2026 also highlights this contrast. Together they offer differences in temperature and texture, not merely another topping.
Taste separately, then combine
Try a spoonful of yogurt alone, then with a little pearl and coconut milk. Keep more yogurt if you prefer the tang, or add coconut milk gradually for richness. This is a tasting suggestion, not a compulsory rule or a recipe shared by every shop.
Nor should you assume Hạ Long yogurt always comes in hard, ice-cream-like frozen pieces. VnExpress's interview with a local resident on 20 July 2022 distinguishes soft yogurt from the pieces served by some chains. The same dish name does not ensure identical texture, toppings or service everywhere.
